Judi has been a wonderful trainer. She was recommended to me by a friend. Judi is extremely knowledgeable about diet and exercise which is a must! I wanted someone who understood my strengths and weaknesses to help me obtain my goal. Judi has truly helped me stay on track especially with my eating plan. Even in times when I wanted to give up she has stood by my side and told me “tomorrow is a new day and it will be a better day”. Her motivation to keep me on my goals has been phenomenal. She is truly one of a kind and I am proud to have her on my side.

I have been working out with Judi for a long time. It is always a new workout, which is good. We always have fun in class and never get bored. I really enjoy the Tabata type workouts and I see a lot of positive changes in my body. I am so happy to be able to know her and workout with her. She is an amazing person and trainer.

Training with Judi is all encompassing. She provides motivation in all aspects during the weight loss process. I went from 185 pounds to 160 pounds within 6 months. Not only did she help me lose weight but she also taught me to eat healthy and showed me the importance of strength training. Judi was one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. She is tough but she cares about her clients. She makes workouts challenging but fun. Wow! What can I say, Miss Judi is an amazing trainer. I first met Judi at a private gym in California. Boy, I was nervous and terrified because how tough her workouts were. She pushed me and everyone else to the limit but she made sure no one ever gave up! She makes working out so much fun. With music, small talk, jokes, etc. She had different workouts that targeted different muscle groups on different days. She is very knowledgeable in this field. She provided modifications for those who had minor injuries, made corrections when your form was incorrect. She never left anyone out. She made sure everyone was comfortable with her workouts. Workouts were always so much fun. I had arranged my schedule to work out on the days she was at the gym. She definitely brought good positive vibes to the gym. Judi, thanks for always pushing me and proving to me that I am STRONG!

Judi; Sincere thanks for the awesome cardio and strength training plan you put together for my wife and I. We love the different exercises and routines you build your sessions from. I really like the huge dice you use for reps and routines, that makes exercise a fun challenge. The time passes quickly because you make a game of workouts, which makes for a fun and interesting hour. I was so lucky to have Judi as a coach. She helped me get back into shape for my wedding. She pushed me, but she did not try to break me. She was ALWAYS honest with me and tried to always do what was best for me, her client and now, her friend. You are not just a number to her. Your success is her success. I am forever grateful.
